The science, plainly.
The diamond tip lifts dead skin cells while a vacuum clears pores. As the wand moves, it delivers a serum directly into freshly exfoliated skin, which improves how well it absorbs. We choose the serum based on what your skin needs that day: hydration, clarity, or brightening.
Before
Come with clean skin if you can. Pause retinoids, exfoliative products, and products with active ingredients 5–7 days before your appointment.
During
A light, cool suction. No numbing needed. Most clients find it relaxing.
After
Skin may look slightly pink for an hour. Makeup is not preferred the same day if possible. Use vigilant SPF and sun protection.

Is DiamondGlow safe for acne-prone skin?
Yes. It clears congestion without harsh scrubbing. If you have active cystic acne, we may adjust the pressure or suggest a peel first.
How long do DiamondGlow results last?
Most people notice an immediate improvement in texture, brightness, and hydration right after their first treatment. Those results typically last one to two weeks, and with regular treatments the overall condition of your skin continues to improve over time. That's why we recommend starting with monthly visits and transitioning to quarterly maintenance once your skin is where you want it.
How many DiamondGlow treatments will I need?
You'll see a difference after just one session, but the best results come with consistency. We typically recommend monthly treatments to start, then quarterly maintenance once your skin has reached a good baseline. If you have a specific concern like congestion, dullness, or uneven texture, we'll put together a plan tailored to your skin at your first visit.
Is there any downtime after DiamondGlow?
Little to none. Most people leave with a healthy glow and head straight back to their day. Your skin may look slightly pink for an hour or so after treatment, which fades quickly. We do recommend skipping makeup the same day if possible and being diligent with SPF, since your skin will be freshly exfoliated and more receptive to both good ingredients and sun exposure.
Can I get DiamondGlow before a big event or vacation?
DiamondGlow is one of our most popular treatments to do before a special event, vacation, or flight. It leaves skin looking noticeably brighter and feeling smoother right away with no real downtime, so it's a great way to put your best face forward. We recommend booking it a few days before your event rather than the day of, just to give any minor redness time to settle.
What serum is used, and can I choose it?
DiamondGlow uses SkinMedica Pro-Infusion Serums, which are formulated specifically for use with the device to maximize absorption. We select the serum based on what your skin needs that day, whether that's extra hydration, clarity, or brightening. We'll talk through your skin goals before we start and choose together.
How is it different from a HydraFacial?
Both exfoliate, extract, and infuse. DiamondGlow uses a diamond tip for exfoliation, which lets us adjust the intensity closely to your skin.
Can I combine it with other treatments?
Often. It pairs well with dermaplaning and can prepare skin before a microneedling series.
